Vetolib is an online appointment system which delivers directly to vets and their customers. Founded in 2015, today Vetolib serves a large number of vets and tries to extend its reach day after day to create a wide network of vets for whom online appointments is fast and simple. For the clients, it's an innovative and effective way to make an appointments to the vet. Less time needed at phone to find a matching time slot. Access to comments on the vet about past consultations is a feature asked nowadays, and creating an online Pet Profile is added confort for the pet's medical follow-up. It is worth noting how much time is gained by vet assistants, which can be used to take care of hospitalized animals instead of staying at the phone. The bonus: a better web indexing which means more clients !

For now, veterinarian registration is made manually by the Vetolib team, you just have to contact us by filling the form on the page Veterinarian Area and we reach back to you as soon as possible ! (~24-48h)

If you know the name of your vet or his clinic, you can enter it in the search bar, if not, you can enter the name of the city you wish to book an appointment at or click the icon « Localize me » !
Once you found the vet you were looking for, click on « Make an appointment » or directly on the time slot you want ! If you are signed in, you just have to fill the appointment form (motive, confirm time slot, note) and confirm the appointment. If you are not signed in, on the same page, a pop-up will invite you to sign in or to register then you just have to fill the form and confirm the appointment.
The vet is automatically informed of your appointment request on his professional e-mail. If your vet uses Vetolib without synchronizing his agenda, he'll need to confirm the appointment through an e-mail. If your vet uses the synchronized Vetolib version, the appointment is directly added to his local planning ! You are instantly notified. In any case, your vet is informed of your appointment.
The appointment has to be confirmed by the vet (manually or automatically depending on the version used), you receive your confirmation on your e-mail (or in text message if enabled by the clinic), and a reminder (or SMS) 24h before the consultation.
You can cancel any appointment made on the Vetolib website without any fees, anytime. Be warned, after 3 appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the vet can request a deactivation of online appointments for your account.
Data protection is a subject of great matter at Vetolib, we do our best to ensure the safety of your data by systematic encryption of our databases and we'll never sell any of your data. Vetolib is a free service for clients, but you are not the product !
You are invited to contact us through the form in the Veterinarian Area, e-mail or cell phone with our Customer Service. An automatic registration for vets is under development, you'll be able to enjoy it soon !
You can connect to your clinic account through this link https://app.vetolib.vet/clinique , with your login and password provided at your account's creation.
Access to your clinic account, then click on the icon in the top right corner > My vets. You'll find a button « Add a vet ? » along the list of registered vets for this clinic.
When an appointment is taken, you receive an automatic informative e-mail. Although, in rare cases, this mail can be moved to your spam folder. We advise you to add the Vetolib Notification Mail to your approved contacts in order to avoid this situation. We also advise you to check your Vetolib planning just to make sure you don't miss an appointment and to check if the vacation days need to change !
Notifications are made via e-mails. SMS notifications are available in option. You always have the possibility to refuse any appointment. If you didn't activate planning sync, you'll have to confirm each appointment with a Confirm button in the mail or refuse it. If sync is activated, confirmation is automatic but you can still refuse the appointment after that.
Vetocom, VetUp, Dr.Veto (+19€HT/mo), Vetopartner, GMVet and other softwares based on GoogleAgenda are compatible with Vetolib's direct sync.

We invite you to follow the synchronisation guide to regenerate GoogleCalendar authentification tokens. Plannings might get out of sync after some events we can't control (for example a password change on the linked Google account).
